At the end of every One Room Challenge season it is easy for me to get overwhelmed by all the amazing transformations! There are almost 400 designers and guests participating this season. I like to go through and share my top top top, favorite favorite ones in a blog post that I can refer back to for inspiration!
I love seeing the mix of styles of different designers that participate. It gets me out of the standard looks that I see in the aesthetic that I follow on Instagram. I respect and enjoy learning from some of these rooms even though they are not but I would choose for my home!
Here are the faves!
This is an example of how traditional elements like wall treatment, wallpaper, and a natural rug can add so much and be so versatile. The room has vintage-ey pieces like the desk but still feels so fresh to me. You can follow @thecarneysbloom on Instagram here!
This space is so dramatic and different! Love that blue color and that vanity. Victoria was one of the featured designers and also did a very fun guest room this ORC.

This one is an exciting mix of a modern/laid back cool California look plus traditional vibes. That tapestry... wow. I also love the little dining nook! Lots of great projects in this one including the dyed slipcover and wood built-ins. That's a key part of how to get such a special, unique look for sure!
@irisnacole
Cass has been absolutely on fire the past year or two with her creative,
hard DIYs. She works her butt off and achieves impressive results. She did this whole bathroom herself and it's so beautiful! I love those sconces and the vintage art.
@cassmakeshome
Robyn is one of my favorite people to follow on Instagram because she is so sweet, genuine, and creative with her home. This dining room is almost entirely thrifted (she is a Facebook Marketplace pro), and is really out of the box from what a lot of young designers and influencers are doing these days. I love seeing something different! Plus I really want to try a traditional seagrass rug like that in our home one of these days...
@robynrebecca
I am
so impressed with the wall treatment in this room (vertical nickel gap with box trim on top), but every single element in here is special and well thought-out. And I love that wall color!
@housewithhome
This one is so cool! It's not every day these days you see purple!! Plus that unexpected block print shower curtain Erin made, I love it. The vanity has some added DIY elements, too! Oh, and that whole shower and bath situation is new. Very impressive work.

This serene space is in a Victorian home and needed a lot of repair work/removing old layers to even get to a blank canvas. Then every piece Lauren brought in is so beautiful! That chandelier, the sconces, the dresser... the reupholstered antique chairs!! SO special!
