ReplyDeleteI advertised this on my blog, http://aybarafaile.livejournal.com/63397.html
ReplyDeleteI'd love to work with American Jane again. I made a cute throw using the Punctuation charm pack with some funky borders. It's awesome. The colors clash and dance with one another - looks like a retroparty. "Le Petit Poulet" looks similiar, and I'd like to make a larger-sized quilt this time for myself. I have a habit of only spending money on presents for other people when crafting. I'm trying to focus this year on keeping some for me.
I also advertised this on my Facebook! Yippee!
ReplyDeleteAnd here's my original I-read-your-blog entry. Fingers crossed!
ReplyDeleteI am a beginning sewist, so I'd like to make a quilt out of either the Giddy or Maison De Garance Charm Packs. It would be great practice on sewing straight lines, which I absolutely stink at! Great giveaway! Good luck everyone.

ReplyDeleteI really like the Buttercup line at the moment (Fig Tree Quilts), but it's a hard choice between that and Blue LIly & Will because I'm really into ideas for a blue/white/tan color quilt when I'm not working on other, more sartorial stuff.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I shared this post in Google Reader.

ReplyDeleteI am in love with the Circa 50 Monaluna fabric. I think my midcentury loving boyfriend would get a kick out of boxers from them. But they're so expensive even on sale (organic cotton!). But I think a gift certificate would help him get these for a Valentines Day gift.

ReplyDeleteLoving the Hoffman Batiks and would like to make some Amy Butler purses out of them. You can contact me at heresahand@gmail.com

ReplyDeleteHi! I'm relatively new to 'crafting', but I've been following your blog since the summer, usually checking every day for some new craft project to try. Checked out the Fat Quarters Shop site ...I'm from Scotland, and I've never seen such beautiful material!! I would go for the Bliss Soul Blossoms pack - I'm really into making bunting and hope to start selling my wares at craft fairs this spring, so I'd use the fabric for that :) dundeefairy (at) hotmail (dot) co (dot) uk
ReplyDeleteI love the lollipop charm pack. I would make it into a baby quilt!
ReplyDeleteOh man, how to choose a favorite?? I may have to get myself a bundle of Jade Darjeeling or Azure Blue Swoon, or the Mocha Swiss Chocolate? And do some kind of quilted pillow coverings and matching bunting. Yes yes.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway! I am super excited for Sherbet Pips to come out in April. Right now my favorite is the "It's A Hoot" line by Momo. I am itching to make my first quilt from that line.
ReplyDeleteelise.holstein@gmail.com
Wow! This is so fun. I'd have to say that it would be a toss-up between the Suburbia pack and the 1930's Buttercup pack (even though it's much more subdued than what I normally like to use). The Suburbia pack I think would make some amazing small patchwork or log cabin pillows, and the Buttercup pack would be adorable in a tiny crib quilt. I think that the patterns are just dainty enough for one beautiful baby girl that we're expecting later this year. ; )
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely things! I LOVE the 1930s Buttercup collection - swoon! I've been meaning to make some little bags - for iPod, pencils etc - for a while and these would be perfect.

The colors are just wonderful together. I would make zippered make-up bags for gifts and perhaps some jewelry bags with matching ribbon.
ReplyDeleteI really like the Central Park Fat Eighth Bundle and would use it to make some tops for this summer - full of colour and variety!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the Delilah charm pack, which would be used for shirt dresses. I love the vintage colors and patterns of it.

I already have the Brown Bear, Brown Bear quilt panel for my baby-hope-chest, so I think the Brown Bear, Brown Bear fat quarter bundle and 2 yards of the matching striped fabric would be great for a super-cute quilt!
